We understand sometimes products can get damaged during shipping. We pride ourselves in sending out properly packaged items. However, if you receive a damaged, broken or you recieve the wrong item we will send a replacement! 

You must email us at blackrainapparel666@gmail.com or contact us for your replacement at 619-350-7068 within 7 days of receiving the broken item and a shipping fee will be charged.
